A. Legal Right of Withdrawal
Right of Withdrawal: If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from the contract (except for cases concerning products listed under clause 15.C below, where the right of withdrawal is not provided) within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 calendar days after the day on which you, or a third party you have appointed (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession or control of the products. In the case of an order with multiple products, the withdrawal period ends 14 calendar days after the day on which you, or a third party you have appointed (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession or control of the last product.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can notify mykiwi.gr by calling 6945 910 781, writing via our contact form, or sending an email to info@mykiwi.gr about your decision to withdraw from the contract with a clear statement (e.g., sending a letter by mail).
To ensure timely withdrawal, you just need to send your communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Note that according to our return policy, in case of withdrawal by the consumer concerning discounted products or products in other types of offers, a replacement with other available products is made, not a refund.
Effects of Withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal, the value of the products you wish to return, excluding the return shipping costs (except for any additional delivery charges to the original delivery address if you selected another method of delivery other than the basic and least expensive method we offer). In any case, you have the right to return the products at your own cost and risk to our headquarters. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction.
Subject to the above, we may withhold the refund until we receive all the products back or until we receive proof that you have returned the products, whichever occurs first. You can send the products to our company’s headquarters, as mentioned above, without undue delay, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract.
It is considered that you have acted in time if you sent the products before the 14-day period expires. You will only be responsible for the direct costs of returning the products. You are liable for any reduction in the value of the products resulting from handling them in a way that alters their nature, characteristics, or functionality.
B. Provisions Related to the Right of Withdrawal
You cannot withdraw from the contract if the items are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery. Specifically, these items include lingerie, swimsuits, and jewelry. Your right to withdraw from the contract applies only to products that are returned in the same condition as you received them. No amount will be refunded if the product has been used or opened, if the product is not in the same condition as when delivered, or if it has been damaged. Therefore, you must take due care of the products while they are in your possession.
Please return the products using or including their original packaging, instructions, and any other documents that came with the products. In any case, you must return the products with the receipt you received during delivery.
Once we carefully inspect the returned product, we will notify you if you are eligible for a refund. Shipping costs will only be refunded if you exercise your legal right of withdrawal (see clause 15.A) within the legal period and provided all goods in the package are returned.
The refund will be processed as soon as possible, and in any case, within 14 days from the day we confirmed via email that you are entitled to a refund. Subject to the above, we may withhold the refund until we receive all the products back or until we receive proof that you have returned the products, whichever occurs first. The refund will always be made using the same method of payment as the original purchase.
You are responsible for the costs and risks of returning the products to us, as described above. In any case, it is recommended that the products are returned in appropriate packaging and not in a shipping envelope, as any damage to the product during the return shipping process will be at the consumer’s expense.

C. Returns of Defective Products
If you believe the product you ordered does not conform, at the time of delivery, to the terms of the contract, you must immediately contact us via the online contact form, describing the product and its defect, or call us at 6945 910 781 or send an email to info@mykiwi.gr, and we will provide instructions for the next steps.
You can return the product to our company headquarters, as defined above. You must return the product along with the receipt you received during delivery. In any case, it is recommended that the products are returned in appropriate packaging and not in a shipping envelope, as any damage to the product during the return shipping process will be at the consumer’s expense.
We will carefully examine the returned product and notify you by email within a reasonable time whether you are entitled to a refund or replacement (if applicable). The refund or replacement of the product will be carried out as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days from the day we confirm via email that you are entitled to a refund or replacement of the defective product.
In the case of defective products, the amount paid will be refunded in full, including shipping costs and any other reasonable costs incurred for the return of the product. Your legal rights under the applicable law are not affected. If the returned product does not meet the return conditions, the return will not be accepted, the product will be returned to the customer, and the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
