Shipping Costs and Delivery
Greece:
• For shipments within Greece, the shipping cost is €2.60.
• For orders over €42, shipping is free.
• Delivery within Greece takes 1-2 business days.
• In hard-to-reach areas within Greece, delivery may take 5-7 business days.
Subject to the provisions of clause 7 above regarding product availability, and to the possibility of exceptional circumstances, we will make every effort to complete your order for the product(s) listed in the Shipping Confirmation by the delivery date specified in the Shipping Confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, within the estimated time shown when selecting your payment method, and in any case no later than 30 days from the Order Confirmation date.
However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If for any reason we cannot meet the delivery date, we will notify you and offer you the option to either proceed with the purchase by setting a new delivery date or cancel the order with a full refund.
Please note that the delivery schedule is determined by the courier company. For the purposes of these Terms, “delivery” will be considered to have taken place, or the order will be considered delivered, when you or a third party you designate (other than the carrier) have acquired physical possession or control of the products, which will be evidenced by the signed proof of receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address or by any other method the carrier has established for confirming receipt.
Failure to Deliver:
If we are unable to deliver your order, we will attempt to find a safe place to leave your package. We will also leave a note explaining where your order is located and what you need to do to collect it. If you are not at the delivery point at the agreed time, please contact us again to reschedule the delivery on another day.
If, after 30 days from the time your order is available for delivery, the order has still not been delivered due to reasons not attributable to us, we will consider the contract to be canceled. The contract will be deemed terminated.
As a result of the termination of the contract, we will refund all payments we received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional delivery costs incurred if you selected a delivery method other than the basic and least expensive option we offer) as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days from the date the contract is deemed terminated.
Please note, however, that shipping costs resulting from the termination of the contract may be higher, and we reserve the right to charge you for these costs.
